The second fastest way to increase your leads is to simply spend more on leads.

You should be able to know exactly what marketing campaigns are bringing you the best ROI each week. If you don’t, then you aren’t running your marketing safely- you are betting with your money and probably losing.

Things your report should be able to tell you are…

What marketing channel/campaign is generating the best return.
What marketing channel/campaign is generating the worst return.
What marketing channel/campaign is generating the best % return.
What marketing channel/campaign is generating the worst % return.
What courses are closing at the highest %s.
What courses seem to be most popular.
And each in between.
Now you have your data, the art form of spending to for scaling kicks in.

There are usually 3 major questions to ask once you have the data.

  1. Can we cull the spending on the low performers and redirect the funds towards the high performers? This creates a spike in profits.
  2. Can we turn around the underperformers? Go through your conversion checklist.
  3. Is the data showing us any opportunities or weakness we need to take action on?

Either way at the end of is you are going to have a task list of optimizations to run with.

If you do it right, you should be able to be redirecting your funds to your high performers and away from your losses. This keeps you scaling safely and can double your lead volume quickly.
